Refunds
We, at Allure Sadity, do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.
However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive hair that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we will review your request for a replacement.
Important Reminders
- All requests must be submitted promptly to ensure timely processing.
- We do not accept returns for exchanges or refund. Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged by us. Must be unused and in original condition, and initiated within 2 days of reception.
