Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • All preorder processing time is 5-9 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) with 3-5 business days for shipping.
  • All on hand orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) with 3-5 business days for shipping. 
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. 

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:

  • Standard 3-5 Business Days
  • Express 1-3 Business Days

Shipping options only reflect transit times and do not include the processing period. 

Carrier Delays

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by the following: 

  • Carrier operational delays
  • Weather events or natural disruptions
  • Route adjustments or high-volume periods

While we cannot guarantee delivery after shipment, we are happy to assist in contacting the carrier for updates or guidance. 

Lost or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We encourage customers to:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Check around your property
  • Check with local post office

We are happy to assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but final resolutions are subject to the carriers investigation.
